Purchased ZEN not received

I opened my level 45 box and received a coupon for a discount on a companion so I bought some ZEN. I received an e-mail letting me know I was charged but I never received the ZEN. I keep getting an error on the purchase ZEN screen like it's trying to sync something up but keeps saying authentication failed. Now my coupon is expired and I still don't have my ZEN. I really wanted to buy the Ioun stone too :(.

    I just had the same problem. But I've purchased zen before and haven't had a problem till now.

    Same, went to purchase Zen . goes through process and back to the different options and at the bottom it says " Connecting to account server" then after about 6 seconds, it says "Authentication failed. Please try again later" However, I see 4 charges from xbox live and can see 4 charges to my bank

    I also have purchased zen and did not receive, have the microsoft receipt to prove purchase.

    I had the same problem. Just now I received my Zen. Go check everyone!

    I am sorry but billing issues must be resolved by filing a support ticket.

    The Forum Staff and Moderators can not resolve billing issues. We simply do not have access the tools and information so we can not assist players no matter how much we may want to. Please file a support ticket and remain patient and they will do what they can.
