Inventory management in this game is horrific. It is the single biggest reason I 1) do not spend more and 2) do not play more. You make it so difficult and painful to have inventory. I know, you want everyone to spend $10 PER CHARACTER for a single bag. This is just plain stupid.
I also play STO. I think I have purchased every single "pack". You know why? Because all items apply to all character on the account. I have 13 characters in STO and 11 here. I refuse to buy these packs that have these ridiculous single claim items like BAGS!
It's as if the entire game was designed around giving you 5.2 million items you must carry around and 10 inventory slots. You want more slots...$10 per bag. Guild Wars does something similar. I don't play that either and spend no money there. LotRO does the exact same thing. Millions of stupid drops and no inventory space. I don't play that and spend no money there.
I bought the guardian pack. Figured it costs the price of a standard game and the blue horse on all characters is worth it. I bought extra character slots. But that is it. I'm done spending money in this game until you give us a pack that has bags account wide. The $199 pack only has a single claim bag! I would have bought that for sure if it had been account level claim.
And yes...I know this has been said a million times. And yes, I know you can get 2 other small bags in game but it's not enough with the 700 different types of items that have 700 different levels each and don't stack. Add to that all the other junk you need to carry. I spend more time emptying my bags than I do playing the game. I come back to this game every now and again to see if those item packs have changed. I like this game but it's so frustrating trying to manage inventory which IS a basic task in any good game.

You realize that the Dragonborn pack has a 30 slot bag that you can claim on every character right?

I was just looking through all the packs and every one said "This item can only be claimed by one character on your account!". I read the dragonborn and all I saw was "This bag can only be claimed once...". I missed the per character. Thank you for the correction and I will buy this now.
The other packs should change too.

The embroidered bag of holding from the HotN pack is also claimable on every character on your account, but being only 12 slots, it is not as grand as the Dragon Hoard bag from the Dragonborn Legend pack.
+1 for cheaper bags and more bag slots >> quck solution is to either lower the zen price of the greater bag of holding - or increase the drop rate of the dragon cult pack (when ppl can actually do tiamat again)
Bedlam: Creating chaos as a MI Exec TR Avariel Merilwen: Burn baby, MoF/Rene Aejun The Silver: Devoted to Healing, DevOP/Justice Mina Rosepetal: Super Natural, Pathfinder/Melee Frost: Benchwarmer, Soulbinder/Fury

Another small-ish tip here: the ZEN store Bags (and some others) remain unbound (the Pack ones, ofc, do B2C upon requisition). When you clear them out, you can fold them back into an inventory slot and pass them on to another char or even sell them on the AH.
I do have one bag (the mail-gift 30-slot Dragon Pack) which I pass from the current main char to the next in this fashion. When a char is not on the forefront, he'll just have to get along with one less bag...

The item isn't named as "Bag" of any kind, so it's not weird to overlook it.

Lotro bags are account wide if you buy the upgrade. All characters on all servers. if you are subscribed you get all bags minus the enw one they added. Also the increased space to the main bag upgrade is account wide.
