TR Capstone Not working properly - Sabotuer

Occasionally, about 50-60% of the time, if you use an encounter to proc Sab's Capstone, it dosent fill the bar all the way, it fill it right up to the top, but not a full bar, as a result your unable to stealth immediately

    Yes this happens to me, like it takes a second for the stealth to kick in. So annoying O.O

    In addition to this bug I have also noticed that often when in stealth and using an encounter that should drop stealth and when the capstone is up that it will not drop stealth but fill stealth to full and leave the TR in stealth. I don't know if it is related to this issue or not.
