I Cannot Enter The Game, it gets to loading screen and freezes my computer.

    I can't get past that screen either, and I have a powerful computer with very fast internet.

    I'm having the same problem, except that it isn't the computer itself that is hanging, it's the game. I can Ctrl/Alt/Del to get to the task manager and close out the game so there's no problem with the PC, but yeah, game hangs at loading screen. No neverwinter for me.

    It's annoying, but it actually gets to the character list after a long long wait. It becomes non-responsive, but if you don't force quit, it will eventually get there.

    I can't get on either. And this is my main playing time for the ENTIRE DAY!

    Mine gets to the loading materials phase, then the game client crashes.

    Just leave it at that screen and don't close it down , for me it took around 5 minutes or more to finally change to the character select screen.

    On the login window where you first enter your password and username click on options in the top left then enable launch in safe mode then click save then start the game , that's what I had to do .

    i have a crappy laptop and it goes blue screen after ~2min waiting. waiting for a fix that i can use outside of the game

    I was able to get in yesterday in safe mode, but today even safe mode crashes. This is the worst update to date. I cannot get in the game to play the game.

    I got in last night.

    Try this...

    Click FORCE VERIFY under options. Let it re-download the last patch. ( It did on both my PC's )

    Then make sure you have clicked ( FULL SCREEN MODE )

    When you get to the screen where its loading material data. ALT + TAB out into windows. Then click back into the game and wait. After a min, the character selection window should pop up.

    I was able to do this and repeat it on my 2nd PC last night. Several times.

    Tried it and didn't work. I'm almost ready to give up on the game.
