Neverwinter Elemental Launch Maintenance - 4/7 6 AM PDT

Soooo let me see if i got this rigth the module 6 launches in 5h30m (7AM Pacific) an maintenence starts one hour before and lasts at least 4.5h, what´s the point?

Someone care to explain?

Or o got it rong?
