Int rouge What are the though on this?.

i saw a online guide about a guy making a rouge whit 21 inteligent which the main build was base on perma-stealth. Now i ask thos who know better is this something viable on the current set?

i get the basic's Stealth -> going forth since he have high recovery hes CD are low. and by the time hes stealth bar is low he use bait and switch and refill it. 1 thing i dont get is that when i go stealth the moment i atack it goes out of stealth but for him it does not. why is that?
so far pve lvling up i havent spend my atribute point by far none. i am still 15 dex, 15 str, 14 int, and so on. but by lvl 60 i should have 21 int, 22 dex, 18 str, and 16 cha, um. i get the basic of the build, and the way of how will it wotk and all. in pve is by far way to ez to lvl up. in 1 day i go to lvl 40 and i did got plenty of rest and things. basically i been running killing like this, before initiated stealth -> close nuff if the group of mobs is 3 ( 1 big 2 small) i lashing strike the big one and daze strike as well by then he die then 1 hit small one's , then if the group are all close nuff i stealth ->> daze strike and that it. all die. i been running like this all the way to lvl 47 and by calculations i should be going on the same up to 55 or 60.
PvP wisely i been doing good. mostly depending on how much i pay atention to my enemies, like if i see warlocks i focus them instantly, i ignore rouges unless they are alone( they are ez prays) beside that everything else is ez nuff to kill. so yea hopefully we will see some good action on pvp soon xD

Also have videos of soloing dread vault on epic, and destroying people on pvp with both paragon.
this build was from 2013 back then At-wills did not reduce stealth meter. This is so outddated that you should notice that the scoundrel/executioner/sabatuer trees have VASTLY changed since then.
TBH int builds are no longer necessary for permastealth.
Edit: having a decent Int score (14-16) still helps but going all out on it is a waste of points better used in Str or Cha rather than Int
I don't see a build on your Profile, just the videos (which are quite good
If any one has found a good stealth build that works let me know. I do know that throwing daggers does not cause us to lose stealth meter points but then again throwing daggers isnt real dps.
I am wondering the same thing about Permastealth. I have a build that has about 18 int and high dex, but he is using executioner build because At Will skills did not kill your bar. With At Wills <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> the stealth bar, what is the solution? I plan on going the top tree which seems to be all about the stealth bar, in hope that this will allow my rogue the opportunity to Perm-Stealth.
Has anyone had a chance to do this? Definitely a bit worried that i'm going to level up a Rogue and find out that perma stealth is completely pointless and doesn't work in the xbox version of neverwinter.
