Losing Astral Diamonds and also not receiving my Zen from the market exchange

I lost 10000 Astral Diamonds because I canceled my exchange post. Why is that possible? That should not be..... Why is my Astral Diamonds put into the Exchange Balance rather than right back into my Personal Balance. This makes no sense at all to me. Also, I purchased Zen from the exchange and I didn't received my Zen on two occassions I was supposed to receive 56 Zen and I don't understand why I'm not receiving my Zen on my character.

    Sorry my mistake. I found the withdraw exchange balance.

    good luck :) i had a lot fo trouble finding that my first time also actually. so its understandable.
