Hi, im creating a new ranger for PvP, but i don`t know what race i will choice: between Dragonborn, Drow and elf :S
And i don`t know the start roll, anche the path for the new mod of April.
3% more power and crit is nothing in mod 6.
assuming you have like 4k crit and 10k power we are talking of about 120 more crit and 300 more power which will be something like 0.3 more critical chance and 0.7 more damage

but the wooden elf have only 1% of crit lol?
i suppose is the best the race that have more dodge and dps but what race and start rroll? xD

Wood Elf has +1% crit CHANCE - that's like +400 crit STAT on gear in Mod 6.
+CC resist is of the utmost importance in PvP - hence Elves and Halflings are preferrable.
Sun Elf (+2% AP gain!) might even be better than Wood Elf, though the +INT gives you nothing, but if you're into Forest Ghosting or Disruptive it _can_ make a difference.
Half-Orc synergizes well ability-wise, and +5% Crit severity is great to have. Tiefling is more for the balanced score roll, but their racial features are absolutely great. Drow is OK, but their defensive racial feature plain sucks, waste of data space. Half-Elf and Dragonborn are the worst choices IMHO - nothing that really advances your capabilities... ...and the latter are also hideously ugly.
in a nutshell is better wood elf that give 1% crit chance and CC in comparison to all other classes?
that halfling only 3% deflect is so useless than 1% crit and +cc 10%?
P.S.
anyone can write me the best roll to start pls?

AP gain is worthless with an AP gain artifact cloak or if you play trapper.
Depending on what you want, melee HR is getting a big boost in mod 6 with a feat that lowers crit chance by 10%, but raises crit severity by 50% (preview at time of posting, subject to change, of course), so basically gives you a perfect vorpal by feats. But you will need to boost crit chance like others said, due to the penalty (33% minimum crit is recommended). Good news is that constitution will not be so great anymore since most hitpoints will come from gear. Constitution is not a good stat for HR because it has no bonus effect, just hitpoints. I'll be able to remove my four points in that and boost wisdom instead, giving me +4 crit to help eat into that feat penalty. Also, at 70 you get another stat point to spend as you do every ten levels before that. I'm also buying up a stockpile of squash soup which gives 3% crit and 5% severity. So I'll only be down 2% crit from what I'm used to.

Anyway, I would go halfling.
crit chance 1% is good but the 3% of deflection is already good to dodge
you need classes with dex and wis bonus.
you can go wood elf if im not wrong or drow.
halfing with 3% deflection is really good but constitution is going to suck mod 6

why the halfling is going to suck in mod 6? i don-t understand
And that this roll is the best: 13str 20 dex 15 wisdom
P.S.
drow have only 10% to reduce the defense of the enemy for 4 secondo is too short time i suppose

16 16 12 10 10 10
halfling gives constitution which it going to suck in mod 6 because it adds like 500 hp/point when you will have already 100k hp.
said so, take you class you like. i already told you which one are going to be the best for me.
edit: halfling will still hae 3% deflect and 10% cc reduction so it would not be a bad choice after all.

ok thanks a lot.
At the end i will go on the wood elf that is best of the drow and the halfling that if i choose it we are losting 2 pint into wisdom that give 2% critical chance. Exact?
and during the level up i choice dex and wisdom always to level 60?

Sounds like a good plan.
+1% Resistance Ignored from STR <=> 100 ArPen on Gear (different Stat curves a-hoy).
+1% Crit Chance from WIS <=> 400 Crit on Gear. And as a side effect every point spent on WIS also gives you 1% CC Resistance.
You know how to "listen" and learn, apparently... :^)
with drow you can get out of the gate with bonuses
17 str
19 dex
16 wisdom
10 other 3
put all points to wisdom and dex works great for trapper or melee class

17 STR 11 INT
17 CON 15 WIS
21 DEX 12 CHA

I suppose you simply forgot to sum in the 4x +1 to two ability scores of your choice every ten levels during leveling (10, 20, 40, 50).
But TBH, I'm not totally sure I really get the meaning of your question right. Also, It would help if the kyrillic letter ability scores shhown on that screenie were converted to the English ability three-letter codes before doing math on them, then I might be able to tell you how to get there.
CON belt seems to be right, at least the icon looks like that.

the more crit the better
long story short....all but dragonborn
the wood elf have 10% resistence
and halfling only 3% deflect :S

Do you have one?
Thanks!!!
i already told you everything, you want feats?
read the whole thread
yes, the feat and path if is possible for the new mod
the path is not really important, if you only pvp go pathfinder
But how is possible that a TR kill me so fast also if my equip have rank 8 and he have only 1 rank 4?
Its bugged the tr?
