indeed four seconds x2 not deflectable will be a nightmare...considering 4 seconds daze were already enough and however got nerfed to half in mod 6, one was at least free to move.

Daze nerfed to half, rly? So far I know only the dazes from scoundrel feats were nerfed. Nothing was done to smoke bomb, dazing strike and shadow strike. Moreover, daze doesn't get affected by tenacity and CC resist stats unlike stun. Ppl will have 38% tenacity in mod 6 which means that 4s stun will become 2.5s stun just from tenacity alone, whereas daze will be unaffected.

I dunno. My GWF is my 2nd main (HR being first) and I do pretty well in PvP.. note however, all my gear, enchants, artifacts and initial roll of my character is for the sole purpose of PvP. You can't beat everybody, but I don't have problems beating many.
It's my honest opinion that DC's are the most OP class in PvP right now. TR's are just annoying, very few can one shot or even kill my GWF, it's just a prolonged hop around until they are low on health, then they run away. DCs.. they just never die, when they are built right.

Shadow Strike should be nerfed back down to its original duration, yes, but SB and DS?

per se, there is not problem with DS, the problem is due what IT procs on certain trees: Slow + daze/piercing damage + 14k damage (like Takedown back on mod 3, in example).

1. TRs don't have any slow procs, hence whatever slow effects are from a straight-up side effects of encounter use, such as stealthed-Blitz, or Deft Strike. If we're talking about MIs, EVERY MI TRs have have ITC and SS embedded into 2 of the 3 encounter slots, hence the only way to proc a daze/slow at the same time is by using Deft Strike. They don't have DS(we are talking about 'Dazing Strike' when using the abbrev. "DS", yes?)
If you're being slowed and get hit by DS at the same time, then that TR you're fighting either does not have ITC, or SS. We've only got 3 slots, like anyone else.
2. Be it MIs or WKs, any class that procs Skullcracker is a scoundrel. We don't have any piercing damage. None of our attacks ignore armor, nor dodge, nor any defenses at all, and every "50% damage increase" from Skullcracker + Lowblows applies from outside stealth since Skullcracker proc itself implies "out of stealth". It only procs from an encounter, which means no more stealth, which means no auto crit, nor CA.
3. In a nutshell, this:

...is the very example of a falsified image of a non-exsiting TR I'm talking about. What you're mentioning are clearly the broken OP Saboteuers, not us Scoundrels. The dazes that run as long as Scoundrels, the piercing damage, the high damage from stealth, everything.
Maybe people should frickin' listen for a change, what we've been saying to the world for the past 3 months.
If you include here Skullcraker + Contussive Strikes, you have your deal blindfold by my side. Plain and simple.

the fact is even low geared TRs do over 70% dmg of Maxhealt,
the fact is TR is not a melee class more hybrid Ranged,
