T.Soulforged vs T.Negation

Which updated rank 12 version do you think will be best for PvP rogue?

Which do you think will be generally "BiS" for PvP/PvE (or will it perhaps be another?)

Also, would your opinion change if the supposedly broken 15 stack potential got changed to its intended 10?

    for rogue its soulforged.

makes it hard to tell if you're in ITC, and as a rogue you shouldnt be taking enough damage for negation to get its stacks.

If they rework barkshield to be stronger/based on your max hp (each layer shields 2.5% max hp, so Trancendant would be 10%,7.5%,5%,2.5% , so about a 20k shield if you lose all 4 over a few seconds and have 80k hp) it could be a contender also.

Frankly most armor enchants should scale from max HP instead of a flat number. it means they are good at any level and balanced at any level. imagine if firebursts damage was based on 10% of your max hp +2% a second for its dot for its aoe. suddenly its a much more effective even after mitigation b but not so strong its overpowered, and my above barkshield suggestion, and if soulforged was 5% max hp + 5% a second for 3 seconds on revive. etc.

all these scale accordingly to endgame and are still acceptable at any level considering you cant even use armor enchants till 60.

These were my was my initial thoughts as well, but then I started thinking about rogue vs rogue who would win. When relying on moves like DF/CoS/BB, it could really give an advantage. Ofc one could slot LB or use SE, but both would be tough to land on other rogues.

In addition I was thinking it would work well with ITC as far as building stacks.

Anyone know what T.Soul damage is like though?

The damage is shockingly low, but It's just a better enchant for the class. having a second life for a rogue is a godsend over having a dr buff that has to stack to be effective. rogues have so many ways after the soulforge rez to escape and heal.
