Tyranny of Dragons Daily Quests Bugged

I have one character (Menegorn Mythiriel) that is bugged and is not presented any of the daily/weekly quest(s) by Harper Boward, Preceptor Theraclast, Delrin Bass, Fitzhugh Montgomery, or Shay Cutter in Protector's Enclave for the ToD campaign.

This bug has not always affected this character, but it has been over a month now that no quests are being offered.
I have completed all progression quests to unlock the daily quests.
I have completed all of the adventure zone daily quests (Neverdeath, ED, IP, RV, WC, Portal) for ToD.
I can still travel to the adventure zones and accept those daily quests.
No other character on my account suffers from this bug.
It is impossible to progress my ToD boons while suffering from this bug.

I have submitted a bug report and a GM ticket in-game already.
I have searched the forums already.


Is there a fix or known work around for this? Can a mod or GM elevate this issue for me so it can be fixed?

Still no change, contact from support, update to in-game ticket, etc.

Have you perchance checked with Knox to ensure the quest hasn't been reset somehow? This has happened to me too for other quest lines that start at Knox.
