Screenshot Issues (long-standing)

Hey, figured this is as good a time as any (late though it may be) to report this.
I'm having issues with screenshots appearing black in the screenshots folder. This happened some time between June 7, 2014 (my last good screenshot) and Sept. 18, 2014 (my first bad screenshot). This has been a long-standing issue, but as I usually paste my screenshots into a graphics editor and save it myself, this hasn't been a major issue.
Additionally, as of today I discovered screenshots are now saving in TGA format, resulting in a phenomenally bloated file size (7910 KB compared to 500-800 KB). Now THAT warrants a fix.
