Zoned in from Cult Prison to appear under the surface?

I was in Well of Dragons and had just finished up the Cult Prison lair. When I zoned out of the lair, I ended up stuck under the surface of the world, and had to logout and back in to reset it. My husband had this happen to him a couple of weeks ago. Is this a known bug?

    it also happened to me ,and it also showed me that devs love recycling
