Unable to Connect

After the patch I logged in..then got disconnected.
Now Neverwinter hangs up (continuously rotating arrow) at the "Loggin in, please wait" window
Connecting to Account Server is displayed below....but nothing happens.

Anyone else have this problem or do I have a corrupted file?

    I cant' log into the game it just times out.

    Have you tried to reboot? There is a case when you dc / crash that the connection doesn't get cleaned up so that a new one can be started. Simplest way to check and fix that for someone non-technicallly inclined is a simple restart of the computer.

    Did a hard reboot...still hangs up while trying to connect to Account Server.
    I am able to other games such as Swordsman thru the ARC client, but not Neverwinter.

    I have a slightly different issue .. I can connect to the regular game server with no problem, but when I try to connect to "Neverwinter Preview" I get a pop-up that says Neverwinter has crashed. I have turned off my antivirus, added an exception to my firewall, re-verified the files upon reboot of the game, all to no avail. I even put in a ticket, but Support says they don't support the Preview Server. What else can I do to correct this problem or am I just S.O.L?
    P.S: No i have not tried the Owlbear Server yet.
