Cannot Queue

I have run into an issue that doesnt seem to be fixed yet. I have seen many posts, all the same, and no fix listed that seems to work, and most of them end abruptly when a mod shows up to close the thread for necro. Because, you know, the mods are more worried about necro than fixing an issue without a current solution. A problem thats apparently over a year old.

Now, if someone would like to actually help solve the issue, not shut down a thread, that would be fantactic. I myself have run into this issue just recently, and have not been able to queue for anything. It always pops up with 'Cannot join queue while queue instance is still active' or some such nonesense. And yes, I HAVE put in a ticket, but I'd rather not wait a week to play my game if there is some sort of fix already available.

These are the things I have done to solve this issue, none of which has worked. Not in order mind you.

1. Change characters
2. Log Out
3. Exit game completely
4. Change instances
5. Leave zone
6. Join, then leave party
7. Join, then be kicked form party
8. Enter a dungeon manually and leave
9. Enter a dungeon manually and be kicked
10. Rage at the Machine

None of these acts seem to fix the issue, so if someone could perhaps let me know of a secret that I need to do, maybe some dev code or some such <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> that should be made more public, that would be wonderful.

Or the mods can come and shut down my thread for some bogus rule violation and not help at all.

Still nothing, huh? Can I just go ahead and scrap this char then? since its of no use to me if I cant enter parties to do dungeons or skirmishes or anything.

It's a completely random problem that pops up for a night or two and goes away from my experience. Sometimes steps 1-5 do work, sometimes not.

Well it didnt work for me, I suppose I'll give it a day or two to clear up, till then, I guess my DC will just go without skirmish and dungeon dailies

Try stripping all your gears, especially the artifacts.

I had several encounters where I am not able to join any new game after I finished a game. Usually one of the gear pieces that I wear seem to be 'bugged' and if I remove that particular piece, the join option will come back on.

I have also noticed several times it was my artifact that bugs me out, once it finishes the cool down, it would let me rejoin the game, give it a shot
