Prompts wont disappear

Subject: Prompts stay on screen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new character of any class.
2. Successfully complete the tutorial.
3. Disconnect/ battery die
4. Prompt "Press A to reconnect conrt.)
5. Reconnected prompt stays on screen.
Bug: After losing connection with a controller then press A to re-get into the game, prompt wont disappear have to (Force) quit game then re-log in.
Note: Fixes after re-log
