Leatherworking upgrades shirt at level 22 and pants at level 23.
BOTH build on character level 40 items (from profession level 15/16). I am not sure this is by design -but I feel an even bigger surplus of ingredients with this change.
If you were looking for an equivalent to "detailed" for higher level white items, had you considered Intricate
The rank mismatch reveals the perils of having multiple people working on different professions. We'll make sure that armor making professions are mirrors of each other.
It's intentional that the tasks use the previous tier's white shirt/pants. I wanted to add at least a little of the make +1 item to make a +2 item to make a +3 item that the armor pieces have. Unless you really want a high level white shirt to equip.
