What determines your score in Tiamat event? I am cw. How can i increase my score?
It is not related with gs i know this because I saw 15k cw with 170k score where i am 18k gs cw and had 97k score in the last event. I kill mobs, help people, get gems and use them, try to kill dragons etc but what they do diffrent to get 170k score?

It's completely pointless and has no benefit to you to get higher, rewards are complete random and not based on score. Just ignore it. You can increase score by running off a cliff and dying, that's how pointless it is.

I'm actually quite relieved about that. If ranking did matter for the rewards, there would be some classes that would be permanently screwed, and would never rank high, because you know the ranking would be based entirely on damage and kills like it is in the rest of the game.

I'm going to assume healing done is taken into account since my temptation warlock is often number 1. Not that it matters, but I still wish I knew what it was calculating to get those numbers.

I scored no. 1 one time on my TR in a game where I died and respawned twice and lagged so much I missed half a dragon phase.

So I have no idea how score is calculated.

But from experience, the ones I score within top 5 with my TR, usually consist of at least a CW and DC in the group defending the same cleric with very little knocks or spreading of the mobs (even better with GWFs who round them up but don't knock them away), which could mean a bigger factor of my scoring well comes from killing the adds while defending the clerics in a well complemented group (since buffs and debuffs from everyone stack on dragon heads to be more or less a constant factor). The plus side is also a shorter cleric phase.

My best rewards come on my alts when I am middle to last:)

My Renegade CW is often in the top 3 tho, because of Chaotic growth, I heal a lot of people, and the spells I use prob it more consistently, say than someone who uses repel and icestorm and choke.

Dying is an easy way to get "Great Success". I noticed this during mod 4 when the blue dragon in Rothe Valley wouldn't show it's red instant death circles on the ground to mark it's lightning attack... You could die twice, make one single at-will attack on the dragon, and get "Great Success".
I wasted five million AD promoting the Foundry.

Hah! Interesting. Thanks to the deflect on the TR, I usually ever need to die during bad lag or disconnects.
If all it takes is a couple of deaths to jump a few spots to 1st, dying isn't so bad after all.

The formula for computing score does seem to count some things (especially damage taken) that lead to perverse results. It also seems to include a penalty for each additional wave you take (leading some to have said it "resets"). But, that doesn't mean it is pointless. In fact, my experience has been that I get much better rewards on the random occasions when my score comes out particularly high. Rank seems irrelevant, by the way. But, scores seem to have tiers where the rewards get noticeably better.

Score is meaningless, it is also reset between stages, so what you see at the end is just score from last phase.
Score is sum of damage dealt, damage taken and healing other players. I guess it is sum (or some little bit more complex formula) from what you see in all score pages in other dungeons, but in other dungeons you see them separated.

you only basically need to participate in every stage to get gold.

You are then at the highest loot table, which is usually the same HAMSTER, so who cares.

Minor or lesser REs stone, 1 linu and one dragon hoard pouch.

After 200+ runs on 4 toons give or take, Ive received about 8 dragon eggs as well.

Ive never gotten anything else except some random templar pieces on a couple of toons and a few T2 pieces (which have zero value most of the time , and the SW main hands are bound! which wouldve had some value)

I CANT even really tell you if there really is a bonus tier reward for the most part on the Tier IV, Ive never received anything when its been that high of any value.

Overall, for 30 mins of time, you are only running this for basically the Linu, its wasted effort otherwise, if it were not for the linus, most people wouldve run it 2-3 times and quit if the current loot table was in place.
