How to Redeem a Neverwinter Xbox One Beta Code

Neverwinter’s Xbox One beta is almost upon us! We had an outstanding turnout for adventurers hungry to get their first taste of Neverwinter and we wanted to let them know how to access the Forgotten Realms via their Xbox One console.
Once you’ve received your beta code, you’ll first have to redeem it. This can be done with your PC or your Xbox.
First, let’s take a look at how to redeem the code on your PC:
To redeem your code on an Xbox One, follow these steps:
Once you’ve completed either series of steps, you should be able to access the Neverwinter Beta once it becomes available. We hope you enjoy your early glimpse of the Forgotten Realms on Xbox One! See you in Neverwinter!

Step 1: Visit Microsoft’s Redeem Code page on their Payment and Billing Webpage.
Step 2: Sign in with your Microsoft account.
Step 3: Click the green button labeled “Redeem”.
Step 4: Enter your 25-digit code in the box provided.
Step 5: Click the green button labeled “Confirm”.

yeah i got like 5 emails but none of them got a code
After redeeming on xbox.com, if it does not show up in your Xbox One My Apps and Games page, simply open My Games & Apps, and press RB. You'll see a hidden list of "To be Installed" games, with Neverwinter listed. Press A on it to start the download.

No problem, I had that issue too. I even chatted with Microsoft/Xbox One support and they had no clue how to start it. I just found it out by pure luck.
