Neverwinter Creating a new folder and logs in External Hard Drive

I tried to google it for some minutes but I found nothing related.
Does someone know why Neverwinter is creating a new folder called "game" and a log in my external Hard Drive with the name of my user PC everytime I play the game?
That makes no sense because I always use my internal HDD to install games.
By the way, inside the log it says "2015-01-29 19:29:16 175588 c:\src\crossroads\common\entity\entityexprfunc.c"
