launcher aint working

after the server came online again, the launcher said 500mb patch it stuck at 255mb to go, after a few hours i thought maybe restarting launcher will help but no, than reinstalling the game also didnt work, it keeps telling me hes patching 255mb on version 3.
is it me or the server again?
coz its starts to get annoying all the downtimes/dc`s and now the launcher is giving me <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.
i reinstalled the game it self and steam, tried installing the game by arc also same result.
so any idea`s?
