GWF's crit chance from offhand boon lost half of its effectivness.

I lost half of buff from gwf arti offhand, here u go:




Tooltip says it should give 1% for each stack of weapon mastery feature, heck i dont remember if it was or was not giving 1.5% before maintenace ( xD ) coz i rememebr hiting ~57% crit chance, now this crit chance is down to 52%, is this some kind of punishment for joyride?

Here u go my crit chance with only crit from dex, crit stat nad base crit (5% base +2/3 weapon master feat, which gives next 2%)

and here u go my crit chance with 5/5 weapon master feature stacked, as u can see its only 10% but 2.5% per stack should give 12.5%, here is a proof i have weapon master feature at 3/3:
