Forum usergroups missing!?!

For some reason I can only select the Knight of the Feywild forum usergroup to show despite owning Hero of the North and Dragonborn Legend (along with Feywild) on this account. Any ideas whats wrong?

    Well met Yaddith,

    If you saw my first reply yesterday, please disregard my first response as procedures have changed and that was no longer relevant.

    However, there is no forum title associated with the Dragonborn Legend pack, only the Guardian, Knight, and Hero titles.

    If you haven't done this yet since purchasing the Guardian and Hero pack, please log out of the forum and arcgames.com then clear your cookies and cache (unfortunately this will reset your browser authentication of the Account Guard for the Gateway) and log in again. This will correct any browser issue for seeing the full permission groups.

    Well met again Yaddith,

    Following up on this, could you check to make sure both your titles, Knight of the Feywild and Hero of the North, are now selectable? Again, Dragonborn Legend pack doesn't come with a title.
