My Thoughts about the game

Even though the game is free to play, the amount of grind it demands to play most of the content and the progression of character is extremely limited unless one does a significant amount of purchasing. For example i have a gear score of 15k on my great weapon fighter but its so difficult to enter contents from which i need the gears to progress onto a higher difficulty stage. This is because it takes too long for a party to form via the party que system and because the gear score demanded in the "Looking for Group" panel is significantly higher then the requirements to enter. That is just pve. When it comes to PVP, i cant even play that. I am getting rolled over by players with twice my power in 1-2 shots, so i am avoiding pvp content like a plague.

The game is pretty good with an enjoyable storyline up until i cap. After that i can participate only in the daily campaigns and events if there is any. I can join parties doing dungeons that give gear set that i have already completed and those that are weaker then mine, making it extremely boring to repeat, as i have nothing to look forward to as i play. I don't think i will be able to commit long term to this game with the current status.

You can form your own groups with your own requirements, though less people can be bothered going since they're unrewarding. Being unsure whether you want to commit long term is understandable. There's mod 6 with 'big things' coming up (though beware of any marketing hype). This isn't a game I'd recommend though.
