stupid surveys!!!

I have been trying to earn zen by doing surveys while the game is down, when i finish one it says open, but says i earned 325 zen today then when i try to transfer it says i have 0..what am i doing wrong??

    sometimes it works, but today its not giving me nothing!!! I know I hate it but im poor!

    I have add-ons that block those banners/advertisements since open beta, i had completely forgotten about those surveys.
    I show player support, by only playing Neverwinter as F2P

    I tried to report it but it says it could take up to 24 hours so i have to wait :(

    Hi, I'm trying to follow along with the issue you are having...
    I do surveys too, I find that they are a nice little boost... but are very hit or miss nowadays..

    So, my first question is... have you gone into your PW wallet to see if the zen is there?

    Also, you can verify that they have credited you by going to your survey transactions. There is a link to it just above the section that lists what surveys are available.

    LOL every time I try to do one it say I don't meet the criteria for this survey.

    whenever im on the survey page it says 325 zen earned today, i checked my transaction history and all of them say open not credited but i completed them....and there is nothing in my wallet when i try to transfer.....

    Well there can be two things...

    1. The survey may take time in crediting you... which I've had happen to me a number of times.
    2. Bad surveys... which has happened to me MORE than a number of times.

    If you have done them today, you could see the zen in your wallet sometime today.

    Also important info I found out while doing surveys for STO.... if the account server is down... all bets are off. Meaning you may not get credited for your surveys.

    I mention this only because they did do account server maintenance yesterday.

    And, yes unfortunately their support takes their sweet time. And PW/Cryptic support can not do anything about it either.

    At least u get survey offers, I do not get any from europe.

    The malware that some of the surveys deposit on your computer is not so fun . . .

    The same people seem to run this survey system for multiple game providers and from experience it is very poor. Most do not give currency upon completion. As long as they can verify through the report system that it was completed and issue you the currency, then that is fine, but I would expect to need to use it for most offers on completion to get your funds. They can seriously mess up your computer if you do not have good protection though. I would say it isn't worth it to get involved though.

    What more surprising is that... people usually take surveys because they want free stuff. But, majority of those survey is ridiculous.. Who would in the world share your company information (for example) just to earn 74 - 98 worth zen. Slap in the face right there. Also, you can fail on the last question after 14 minutes participating in the survey...

    Btw, please notice. They often send you from 1 website to another. Slowly absorbing your info lol
