    It's an exploit and we're not allowed to discuss them for obvious reasons.
    Plus, did no-one tell you Xmas is over? ;p

    Well yeah Christmas is over but I've thought it was legal to use gifts since they still worked and some people got a few left.

    But how can I say whether the guy I invite or who invites me got "legal" gifts or not? I don't want to be banned -.-

    And is it forbidden to use gifts at all now when winter event is over ? Or just those "infinite" ?

    I am sorry but I can not answer your first question as I am not authorized to. That would be something you should contact customer support in order to get clarification.

    I can say that there is normally a difference between exploiting and unknowingly benefiting off of such an action but it is wise to avoid any involvement to begin with and punishments given to exploiters are always on a case by case basis.

    As for the second question, it is absolutely fine to use any gives you still own! :)
