THE WORST START OF YEAR FOR A PLAYER NO LIFE LIKE LOL (staff pls check)

For staff, link of my suport ticket coz i sent by mail and it goes to the ticket i created, idk if it double posted if it did, sorry : IM TRYING TO HELP BTW, coz maybe there was a glitch i found that can be fixed. I see more ppls posting same or almost same problems.

*If its into the wrong forum area or i violated any rule (not my intention, just coz i never see that problem before and for ppl on another thread said i got hacked, no its another issue and maybe more ppl have same. i see ppl posting they got char deleted and thinks like that..) move or close.
Im posting it not to get FASTER support or any like that. Just what happened to me and check if some1 got same problem, or any idea of wath happened, if its my fault coz i logged too fast or tried to change PC DATE/TIME or what maybe happened. Im other hand i can help the staff if more ppls got same, coz at the mail i said details, when i changed language, or time on my windows, mails apear, some ad back (little, like 1%) thinks i still got on AH and cant see got sold and then i got the ad, but coz i changed the windows date/year, it bugged. If i can help, i really did all i can to see if it change anything, one think i see : when i change date/year on pc, foward or back in time, its make my mail desapear or game crashs, and when the login got problems i logged and there was like NO PPL ONLINE, chat was off/ah off and maybe more ppls got problems becoz did the same. Even if i do it NOW, it happens and maybe other ppls are using it to glitch, coz when it happened, i traded with one guy, and idk how, the item desapeared minutes later.

For who that got same issue i got, pls print and put here. I know more ppl got same bug , and like ppl said on my post, the think the ppl got hacked. No, maybe it was a bug when the year changed, idk:
Resuming for who doenst wana read all post/blamers/hatters: i was playing when the server goes down, and i loged like the same second it come online.
Somethinks not working like Chat/AH/Bank/and zen buy from website, the neverwinter doesnt even apear on the list to buy for some hours..
So, all itens i posted on AH 31/12 and itens i was waiting bid for sell/buy till days ago and 31/12, got sold and i win the bids or not, but all emails got NO AD/or itens back. I just lost ALL i buy and sold. The emails come with no details of what i sold and what i buy. And i got back the AH posting fee back ( its writed but nothing i got back ) and i never see this.. No details, nothing worked like it should to. My zen transfer log on game was EMPTY and all gone too.
I noticed something was wrong, when i win one bid when i was trading with one guy, i got a new mail and when i checked it says i win the bid, the mount of ad i bided, but empty, no item, no ad, nothing...
So, i changed my computer windows time, date, language of the game, reinstalled, changed ip, password ( yes i did all that ) and nothing, after 4 or 5 hours it come back to normal, all mails/logs/bank.
But no ad/zen/ i win from the sold itens or itens i buy with ad or zen i sold, nothing. just the logs. Zens transfers come with NO ID (N/A) and the worst of it : i bided one P.vorpal enchantment some minutes before server goes down, the guy posted it for like 3,8kk start bid. I was so happy FINALLY my p.vorpal, im playing all days for like 4 months like 10h day, love that game and waiting that time, i did all campaigns 100%, just hited pvp 55% and tittle of champion, set of tiamat, artefact weapons and offhand/belts getting refined, i got none epic itens and just hited 19k gs.
Can any1 imagine how im desesperated? how im felling? Im not a no life boy, i work, im 25 years old, just started to buy some zen now coz the game become hard to grow up only farming on game ( i expended like 90,00$, about 5k or 6k zen buy on arc ) Some friends of my guild helped me to bid that vorpal too, its really a GIANT lost. And its NOT MY FAULT and im not trying to get advantage or anything like that and lying. For sure if i check all i lost AD/ZEN and the ppls i got to refund that help me to get the enchant, its much more.
I really hope the staff gave me some attention, check logs/database, prints i sent, ask me watever needed, im sure it can be checked or proved. I really love that game, and what happened isnt my fault, maybe a little becoz i play too much and when the server come back its like 0:00 here and other ppls was drunk and jumping without a reason (lol) and when i logged and see the AH closed, chat not working, no emails and all that thinks logged out and report at the moment that happens.
I hope it can be solved the best way. Coz if not, all i did will be lost and maybe, for sure, i will stop playing and search another game, coz its not a little lose for me, maybe for some ppl its nothing, but for me its like i lost all i got and worked for. its really desapointing, coz its NOT my fault, i dont know what happened, and its all true. i can prove, can be checked, and what kinda of ppl make a giant post like that when he know its a lie, for me that post take me like 3 hours coz my english is like a chinese trying to say Frango on portuguese ( its chiken on english, and all the time they say FLANGO its really funny ) and my wife is really mad coz its 3:20 AM here and tomorrow i need to drive back to our city and im here posting it, im siting here for like 5 hours, coz i sent an email bigger for the staff with lot of prints and details.
Sorry for bad english ( if any1 read all that post ), but im really desesperated lol, and i did it coz im really NW ADICTED PLAYER, love that game, and im felling like i lost my (toy that i use with my wife on bed, cant say the name coz its sensured lol).
Hope and really waiting for the best reply the staff can do for me, not only becoz i buy zen, but it show to other ppls that when something wrong happens and its not the ppl fault, they can stay calm and the game staff/adms really work hard not only to win money from kids or watever.
Ok thats all Folks. If any1 got the same problem, even if u lost like 1k AD only, please, post a print, im sure more ppl lost something or happened anything like that, it will help me to prove all im saying, coz even with all the details/prints, its hard to prove, mails got empty, no info, the bid i did just gone, it only say i win the bid without price i pay or item i bided.

Its not my point being annoying. And im sure u dont read coz u reply to fast, coz it u said that lol
FYI: Staff doesn't need a link to read your ticket--presuming that forum staff can do anything about the matter anyhow.
