Bizarro RNG explained (Not Random!)

    One of my characters is constantly getting [Wandering Scarecrow] out of the gift, it's 3 already. None of my other characters has gotten one yet.
    M6 almost drains your soul given how boring it is. (c) joocycuzzzzzz

    i personally believe that the RNG NW uses does some unnecessary calculations base on character ID, time(hours/minutes/day), and possibly instance number. Why is this ? i have run Dread ring daily dungeon for almost a year now every other day( after completing the campaign) on my main character and still didn't get [Eye of Lathander], yes i understand that it is possible because it has such a low drop rate (maybe 0-5%). But on my other character i have already got 4 of them in less than 1 month of completing the campaign.

    Or I am just extremely lucky with that specific alternative character.
