well its great that more % can be given, but how about once tiamat is open, we only take away the % for the tier. So for example if t4 is 100% then take it all away, but if t2 is 35% and we get it to 40% we start next cycle (if tiamat has been defeated) with 5%? No wasted donations this way, same with getting it to 34% and being under a 1% to teir 2 to then see t1 rewards and have to start over again wasting something like 14% donations?

I have to agree, something else needs to be done with hoard reclamation. While the reduction of donations required has helped, it's still not enough. I have yet to see anything past rank 1, possibly rank 2. The only time it reached rank 4 (that I saw) was a few hours after the patch.

People just either don't have the resources required or not enough people are pooling into it (but I'm going with not enough resources). I myself am low on coins and coffers. It would take an eternity to get back those resources to donate.
