Few questions about the whole thing. I'll try to keep them organized.

1. Do I have to buy a key for eLoL(epic Lair of Lostmauth) everytime I run the dungeon to open the chest, or is it a one time purchase?
2. Same goes to Shores of Tuern.
3. Is there a drop rate to Draconian gear, gems, bones, boons, belts, etc? Or am I guaranteed something decent?
4. Are healers sought after for this dungeon/skirmish, or does everyone just use pots, and want dps?

Also, is Liru favours only from defeating tiamat? I'd like to get my end game offhand and cloak, but everytime I ever get into a tiamat fight, its a loss, well over 30 runs so far. I dont see myself getting a single liru until they lower the difficulty or I somehow manage to get into some wins sometimes soon.

AFAIK.

1. There is one free chest and one the requires a key. The key must be puchased every time you open it.
2. Same as above.
3. Drop rate.

Linu's favours are from defeating Tiamat or completing the rewards for hoards quest. The former is far quicker in my experience.

1. Does the free chest have a chance for dragon gems, draconic gear, boon books, etc, or is that only from keys?
3. Is the drop rate for gems gear boons and such good, or 'run the dungeon 50 times, get jack squat' kinda drop rates?

1. Yes, free chest can get gems and gear. No personal experience with books.
2. There are no good drop rates in neverwinter . They're better than they used to be.

Edit: For example, it took me ~10-12 eSoT runs to get the Dragonic Helmet for my Cleric. I also got a Draconic icon and dragon gem in the time (all 3 items in 2 runs). I don't know whether that should be considered lucky though.

so even without buying the key, I might be able to get my gem and helm/chest. Is the drop rate BETTER with the key, or the same? What about artefact belts, rings and and amulets?

I've never bought a key and got the draconic helm for DC and multiple armours for my GF. I've never got a belt or Shore jewellery piece. Rings of pain and whatever else drops in eLoL were fairly common for me but I know others that had a hard time getting the pieces they wanted.

So the standard dungeon and skirmish dont need a key, I can get gems, my DC draconic gear and rings of pain without keys. Thats literally all I want from it anyway. Wisdom and Charisma belts are super cheap anyway. and I dont really want the artefact anyways.

At least I can get my gems without having to pay 80k for one to get my end game weapon. Or 20k for a chance. Thanks for the answers.

I can vouch that during dungeon delves, you can also get green and blue marks as well as the book from killing the dragon.

did they change the key ? havent run it for some time, but u used to be able to open 2nd chest as many times you want with 1 key, the key was spent only if you took the contents, you could check whats inside and then decide if its worth the key
