Help to open ticket for support

Hi

Sorry for bother the forum moderator and administrator but I try to resolve alone but until now I dont find answer.

I know that I cant talk about ban but this is about how open ticket about it.
My brother, banned like me, still cant open a ticket.

Every time my brother try to open the page for submit a unban request, the support site ask for a "CATEGORY" to choose.
Indeed in the page there isnt that info to choose.

I make a screenshot of the problem.

As you can see the field "category" is "hidden" or "absent".
We use same pc and I see same thing.

If he cant choose that "category" he cant send a request, so he cant have account unbanned so he cant play.

There's something else he can try to send this request to support?
Some moderator or administrator can ask the web support how he can resolve the problem?

    Do it via email and you don't have to worry about forms, I think.

    (Keep checking your post though. I was just trying to get you some info quickly. Maybe a mod will come back and give better information.)

    My brother will send an email bacause the link to "http://techsupport.perfectworld.com/" dotn work and give an error "An error occurred while processing your request." ^^;

    Please be aware that any emails you send concerning a banned account must be sent through the email address registered to that account; also, CS is not authorized to speak to anyone other than the account holder regarding account matters, for security purposes.
