Draconic two set bonus for a DC is action point gain.

150 action point gain to be exact.

I was curious what this actually meant. Does it mean I get 150 action points when I put the set on? When I enter combat? Is it a flat number or percentage? Does it increase my gains by that much or just flat give it to me randomly? They didnt exactly put that set bonus into proper terming for me to understand.

percentage, look up in your character sheet, once you hover your cursor at action points gain (bonus +150 plus maybe something you have over) you will see it.

Quitefrankly 150 is useless. draconic is useless for all of the classes except DC and GF

It's a flat percentage. About 1.5% or so.

TRs and SWs can use it nicely.

Draconic Templar / Grand warden , 2/2 set could replace Dread Legion/ grand warden, 2/2 set if u going for stat. Pump up lots of power and crit for HR

I have Fabled Iliyanbruen/Grand Warden on at the moment, which give me 18% resistance ignored from armor penetration. 16 Strength adds another 6%, which puts me right at the PvE 24% sweet spot. I have full sets of both, and I have the Draconic Templar boots and bracers. No matter what other combination I try, I either wind up with way too much armor penetration or way too little. If I go the "way too little" route, I'd have to swap out a bunch of black ice enchantments in favor of either draconic or dark, neither of which I have in quantity. Consequently I'm not at all sold on the Draconic Templar, at least not yet, especially since the current combination gives me outstanding critical strike numbers.
