Draconic Gear DC bonus set

When you look at info on any part of the set for DC "draconic gear", you see that you can use boots from draconic templar set instead of regular draconic boots.
I thought it was a interesting idea, to arrange stats differently, or to benefit from the gain in hp of the draconic templar boots, while being still able to have the 4 set bonus. However, when you wear them, they are not granting any bonus from the draconic gear set. The 3 other parts remain white, and the two boots, grey.
I feel... a bit disappointed to have bought them based on wrong information. Or it is a bug.
