lag and graphic visual problems

ive tried low settings but didn't change anything ....
issue has started since last tuesday patch.

I've had this since mod 3, predominantly in populated areas.

I believe its a known issue or at least they're investigating:

"Graphical Issues - Textures not rendering/Looking weird:
We are looking into the graphical issues players have been reporting."
