Enraged Regrowth not giving the defense

Ive got all the 5 boons of the dread ring campaign a while ago, the 4th boon i.e. Enraged Regrowth is supposed to give you +250 defense extra ? i see the heal on my toon happening but no def increase at all

Are you sure you're not missing it? It has a 1.2 minute ICD on the defense effect, only lasts 10 seconds, and won't take effect until the healing ends, which that itself lasts 4 seconds.

yes i checked it like over 10 times lol waiting for the heal to end and checked my defense stats but no go
