Call To Arms: Gate Crashers

I want to know when does this call to arms go into effect because I really want that intellic devourer and its kinda hard to get when it supposely never pops as a call to arms

    We had gate crashers already this year. From what I recall, it was late spring/early summer? Anyways, it already passed.

    Gate crashers was actually fairly recently. If I recall, it was the CTA before last one. Its fair to say, that it most likely wont make a return for several months. There are still a few CTAs left to be done yet, let alone repeated.
