In game "buy Zen" button under the Zen market tab is broken

The title pretty much says it all. If you attempt to buy Zen from the in game button the game will freeze on that screen. You can do nothing but everything around you is acting normal.

    Still the same problem. Went to purchase Zen in game and it freezes the game

    January 4th 2015 and it still freezes game when you click any of the "Purchase ZEN" buttons any fix to this or other ways of buying Zen? trying to buy my first mount and have a 15% in game coupon that's only good for 1 hour.

    Does Neverwinter know about this problem?

    When you click that button, it opens a new web browser page in your default internet browser and moves windows focus to that window. If you're playing fullscreen, or in some mode that's forcing the game client to always be on top, you probably can't see the browser take focus. Try pressing Alt-Tab to see if you can get back to the game client window.
