Hi all, i supose most of CWs already saw that problems and could b more, thats what i observe so far :
Sudden Storm/ Chill Strike- while fighting usualy not dealing any damage and if hit damage is delayed
Entangling Force: This power now activates 40% faster - no its not
Repel: This power now activates 40% faster- same story
Oppressor: Glacial Movement: This feat now increases the effectiveness of each rank of Orb of Imposition by 4/8/12/16/20%- doesnt work
No crying here just make it right pls ps.
Chilling Advantage Feat: Chilling Presence increases Critical Chance by 2/4/6/8/10% (up from 1/2/3/4/5%) resonably will b if while active it display in stats list instead of nothing.
