Serious Issue & Gamebreak: Poking Stick not working on people with ress sickness

Uhm... ye like the title already says: The Poking Stick doesn't work on people with ress-sickness. They just drop and die :'(.

ALSO (!) there is no admin message showing if you fire someone up in the air (Akro said it would).

Anyways: The item is amazing. :'D

    I am also incredibly disappointed that I cannot humiliate individuals with ress sickness. Please fix this game breaking bug ASAP.
