I disagree, to an extent. We need the AD Sinks. However, what we need are more Cheap AD Sinks that encourage repeat purchases and less of the Expensive AD Sinks that discourage repeat purchases. "Less is more" and in this case, "less" should be applied to the prices of the majority of AD Sinks we have now.
as a person who has never gotten into MMOs before (ive tried and disliked pretty much all of them) i started playing Neverwinter and i LOVE IT. its an amazing game with a decent story, clear path, fast leveling system and a lot of the classes and all the races i care about with more to come. that being said i dont have any legendary gear and im halfway through sharandar... i have a ton of trouble getting ADs and it seems from what ive read ill need to create a AD farm by getting multiple characters to leadership 20 and the whole process seems really overwhelming and not fun at all.... its going from a game to work and if i am going to invest a lot of my time and any money into a game id prefer to be doing what i want to be doing to have fun (raids, pvp, campaigns, general exploring etc etc) and this game directly disallows that because it gets so hard to progress.... you have to farm for ADs, and then dozens and dozens of other currencies for the campaigns to progress in everything... its so discouraging it makes me not want to pay anything and it makes me not even want to play as much because its having all of the fun sucked out of it.... just some two-cents from some random player...
