Selling your own guild - against ToS?

Like in the thread's title - is it against ToS to sell your own guild? Not for real money,but for AD?

I dont want to get banned so prefer to ask here first. I don't want to just delete the guild,it has a big bank so it would be a waste of money/time to just get rid of it :p And Im guessing many people who want to start a guild would love to already have all slots opened, hope so at least.

    I think that selling is not allowed, but you can TRADE the bamk slot and what it contains for another object like say a normal enchant, and I don't see any violation of taking advantage of the in game trade channel :)

    You can accept anything in game for anything in game, if the trade will go through. Promoting someone to leader and leaving the guild and accepting items or AD from them is not against any rules. Taking real world money is.

    I don't think it's against the rules. But any trade you do that can't be completed in the trade window is simply an oppertunity to be scammed. I see a lot of potential for this not ending well.

    Yeah thats why Im asking here first. I just hope someone can 100% assure me that I wont get banned or anything, duno maybe some Mod. who knows more about ToS/rules?

    I do not see how it is against the ToS. And i have sold my personal guild with two bank pages when no longer used it, but the the problematic thing is that you have to trust the other person and vice versa. Because either you transfer the leadership first and then get paid or someone will have to pay you and then you will transfer the leadership, you cant do it simultaneously. (or of-course both of you can have someone you both trust broker it for you).
    So, doable, but not for random trade channel.

    I wouldn't recommend it, for the reason that there's no way to verify a transaction in that manner. It's not something I could see support intervening with if things went south. It's also a bit iffy on ToS grounds.

    Bottom line, this is something better discussed with support, if at all.
