Black Ice Drops Proposal

I'm sorry to post this. I know it's going to annoy a lot of people, but this issue MUST be addressed.
Many still do not have their BI arms and mainhand EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN OVER TWO MONTHS. There are four pieces that are easy to get, but the other two are hidden behind a brick wall that some classes neither have the power nor the resources to break. After grinding for two Modules and not getting any drops, don't you think it's time for a new system?
I am proposing three SIMPLE fixs. (Please choose one.)
1. Make them BoE. It should have been like this from the very first second of Mod 2.
2. Put them on the Zen market. Honestly, the players do not deserve to pay any more than 100 Zen for these items. However, they can be priced at 300 Zen.
3. Make a trade system. Just like the PvP vendor: Guantylgrym gear for grim gear. In this case, a hammerstone drop from Drawven Valley could be traded for a BI drop from DV. Likewise, a hammerstone/elk tribe drop from Icewind Pass can be traded for the BI arm piece.
Please, please, PLEASE! Many players still need to get their BiS gear.

Even though I agree with you, I dont think its gong to happen, I was even told they specifically were told twice about this from forum feedback , and they have ignored it for months.
Simply put they dont care, they dont care about that or the over grind on mod 4.. they designed it , so either play or move on.
Thats the what I see has the attitutude, if thats close to factual, I do not know 100%, but since there is no communication back to us on some of these issues, you have to figure that is where its at.
I stopped doing the zone, waiting for the bracers, just as I will not do more then the three ToD boons for each of my classes, the game design is terrible and they are not going to be rewarded with me playing through it anyways.
All I'm asking is for the Black Ice arms and main-hand to be put in the Zen market. They can still be BoP.

Or grind through and get the BoPs off chests. I would give all BoP stuff (also earlier sets from Mod 1 and 2 that are acquired via currency) a chance to drop as BoE versions at the respective dungeon bosses. That would include BI gear from Kessell. It would ease the grind (for those willing to pay at least) and also make older content attractive.
I normally get my BI jewelry from Kessell and never look back. There is no incentive to ever enter that Skirmish again.
Guess it won't matter anyways, because I'll spend all of Mod 5 grinding for my Mod 3 gear. Doesn't look like anyone else is going to be doing Mod 5 either. The reward is +0.4% DPS. SMH :l
i dropped all the BI gear on 4 character in less than 6hr each

Been farming it since it came out. No main hand or bracers on any character, including from multiple solo/duo epic HE's (as well as HE's where no one showed up until the end).
Please add them to the BI store.
If they cared about feedback we wouldn't be seeing more books. It is what it is.
Now at 300+ rep on both toons and no drop for main hand or bracers...
I have the achieve for 100+ Heroic Encounters or w/e and still no drop.
I gave up on my HR mainhand, but still wouldn't mind the bracers.
I play to have fun. not smash my head against a brick wall of RNG for months on end!!!
Maybe if we all lift our voices in prayer, RNGesus will hear and answer?

A well specced DPS SW, CW, GWF, and HR can easily get these drops. This leaves the TR, DC, and GF. Rogues are getting a damage buff in Mod 5, which will most likely make the drops more likely. This leaves the DC and GF. They cannot do enough damage to compete with the other classes. Additionally, the "damage taken" and "HP healed" stats don't seem to matter in HEs. And these are well-geared players.
What happens when ANY class has less than 14k GS? What chance do they have of getting gear?
Please, Devs, put the BI arms and main-hand on the Zen market. They could be priced from 100-400 Zen each. In terms of AD, this the between 100,000 and 400,000 for both pieces. Considering the average amount of AD players have AND the time they have spent griding, this seems like a fair price.
We need a change!
I have 3 sets of black ice armor all with different enchantments...
I just decided to get about black ice weapon for a vorpal enchantment before mod 5.. got it in one night...
Maybe you guys need help on learning how to get drops?

I still didn't unlock LoL/SoT on ANY of my characters, because I'm still unable to complete my BI gear. I'm getting tired of it.
