GWF Sentinel Questions

I have 12 characters in total and am going to start playing my gwf again which I haven't played since mod 2, I was playing my tr last night and a gwf killed me with come and get it multiple times. He was a monster gwf, had like 11k power or something, my tr is only 12.6k with 28k hp. It was very effective against me, what exactly is the build, I still have a respec token, what path is best with sentinel, and powers, like I said, he is an old toon. Currently he is sword master destroyer, I see the feat in sentinel which boost damage to daring shout and come get it, what's a good defense/deflect for this build, obviously stack power 22 Str, 20 Con, 18 Dex and the rest 12's black or prfound?
