Any controller support upcoming?

Are we going to get some real controller support in this game? It was a beta thing that they still haven't implemented. I know I can use xpadder or something like it to use my controller to control my mouse, but that doesn't really help. You can play the basic game like that, but browsing through menus and such is a huge pain. Is there any plans on implementing controller support like Champions has or DCUO has? It's not such a rare thing to do.
