Account banned after reporting it being hacked 2x

The account was coprimised the second time while it was under investigation by pwe support.

Being suspicious about the whole thing. i had a little trouble with the request to awser a few questions.

Everything accept my bank account. It seems to me that all this information was provided when i filled in the account.
Was i over reacting when i told them they should have that informtion and asked them if it was really pwe or the hackers that wre asking this information?
Anyway the account got banned after that.
I gues shutting down comunication is the best action in these cases acording to PWE support.

That's the official thing to get unbanned, I've been through this whole process too, They need info to make sure you aren't a spammer, and IP Address to undo the IP Ban they probably put into affect

Thing is they banned me after i asked why they needed that information. And now i am not able to contact them since i am banned.
