    To me certain races just don't look right being certain classes, with the exception of Humans.

    Half-Orcs - GWFs or GFs
    Dwarves - GFs, GWFs and maybe DCs. I laughed hysterically when I saw a Dwarf TR tumbling around PE. Looked unnatural.
    Humans - Everything
    Various Elves - HRs, CWs, SWs or DCs
    Drows - CWs and SWs
    Tieflings - CWs, SWs and TRs
    Halflings - TRs and HRs
    Dragonborn - GWFs, GFs, MOF CWs and DCs
    PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

    that doesn t mean that half elf GFs aren t ok, or any other combination like that ;)

    Of course not. Certain races have awesome bonuses for certain classes. It is just how I envision things. A slender female Half-Elf GF is just wrong. They're too refined and delicate to be standing in the middle of a sea of red, hunkered down in heavy plate armour and wielding a heavy shield and sword. :p She should be a little further to the back, using her soothing voice to heal the burly GF and using her divine gifts to ward us against incoming damage.

    No its an attention thing. His post is intentionally vague so that people will ask him what his build is so that he can feel respected and whatnot.

    being a dwarf only gives you the repel/knockback reduction, and i suppose the dot resist. Don't see how this makes a totally new build.

    Though i would not give up being a dwarf, that reduction in knockback makes me feel alot more sturdier than being one of those flimsy tall races. and with control resist (slyph + will o wisp) your dwarf becomes a rock.

    It doesn't work often enough to be worth while... I was Dwarf and the new changes to CC I might resist 1 out of 20 repels!

    I noticed it was the distance rather than resisting it entirely. or maybe thats from my control resist. tempted to go dragonborn too, but dwarves just look so awesome as a GF.
