ZEN Exchange : Recent purchase activity ?

I buyed ZEN and i want to trade some for AD but the game say : due to recent purchase activity you're temporarily unable to exchange Zen blablabla..."

First : when i buyed ZEN this restriction is indicated nowhere. Thank you to correct this !
Second : i find nowhere how long this restriction is applied. Thank you to also answer this question please.

Now players at least known why they have to wait weeks before getting ZEN for AD...

I understand you have to take some mesures against gold sellers but too much is too much and do i have to buy AD from gold sellers to get them in less than 24h ?

1) Security measures are not usually explained publicly, as to do so would give the gold sellers a way to evade the system.
