Issues with Repel

Went into spellplague today and was using repel on last boss, for some reason with repel in tab i was only pushing the nothics half the distance i used to be able to. this caused us to wipe cause we could not clear them off, i see they altered Repel in the patch 8-21. and i haven't used it since. have you guys accidently altered Repel?

    It seems a bit wonky still at times, but try it with orb of imposition, you'll push them further than ever.
