AH timer?

When did they change the Ah timer to bid on items? I waited yesterday until there was 20 secs left on an item and it said it was closed to bidding...anyone know when it won't let u bid anymore?

    Sometimes it bugs out, sometimes it is due to your clock on your computer being not set at the same time as the one at cryptic servers, and there are other ways against the Terms of Service that people can use to snipe auctions....
