Level 15 restriction is OK, but time to start banning spammer account...

While the level 15 “barrier” is a start...
but you have a chance to really slow down, if not almost eliminate the spammers.
Give us a “Report 3rd Party Site” option that would send a copy of the reported message, mails and/or friend invites and have it need 10 reports to send that account into a timeout.
Then you'd only need Customer Support to verify the messages reported were from a 3rd Party seller and then ban that account permanently during the timeout... but Customer Support needs to take this step seriously... I've Reported Spam on 1000s of 3rd Party ads & CS could have banned them before, but let them go to spam again.
Yes... I know they'll just make a new account, they are free... how is that going to stop them?
It's not just making accounts with the level 15 restriction in place like was before just get to PE & spam away... they'd have to build up a character to lvl 15 them spam once and account is gone.
Would take awhile to make a replacement only to lose that account too after only one spamming also.
Some of these sites have bought and will now buy accounts with high level characters... but again one spamming and they will gone too... doubt they would risk any high level characters, in light of a potential banning.
Yes, they'll still be able to farm, but the spamming could potentially cease to exist if you go this one step further.
[farming is a whole other issue... so fire up a different thread on ideas to stop it]

Maybe also eliminate the 3 spams in a second mechanism... would be helpful with Guild recruiters & regular player Trade spam alone, hell might even slow LFG down enough that someone could ACTUALLY READ it.
[ TRADERS if you not actively LFG...turn LFG chat off... scrolling slows down tenfold, especially if you are actively trading/selling/WTB items, then there might be no need to spam that “WTT my 70k item for your 130k item... you profit 100k” message a 100 times in a minute ]

Been looking forward to upgrading my Perfect Sarcasm font, but due to recent changes it seems I will need to grind the Nine Hells for my Pure Sarcasm font... ironic isn't it?
